Many paid cyber threat intelligence feeds allow you to filter the intel you receive based on country, industry, threat actor, and malware/ransomware so that you just see what is relevant to you. Unfortunately, I am unaware of a free feed that lets you do this.

That said, I do have a project in the works where I am trying to implement this functionality in Feedly. As you mentioned, they have many powerful filtering features for free so creating a custom intelligence feed on this platform might be worthwhile for you. Hopefully, I can share it soon.
